When a robot cell does not meet its target cycle time or appears to have untapped performance potential, we assess the existing sequence systematically. Available robot programs, simulation models and process data provide the starting point.
A sound engineering assessment. We examine motion paths, process sequences and waiting times as a connected system. This reveals which factors actually constrain the cycle and where optimization is technically worthwhile.
Software-assisted exploration. Our own motion-planning and optimization technology helps us generate alternative sequences and evaluate them against the agreed constraints.
Results you can use. You receive a transparent comparison with the baseline together with specific recommendations or revised motion sequences. We clearly distinguish simulation-based findings from improvements confirmed on the physical cell.

Public funding helped us turn research into robust industrial technology. In 2023, the team behind byte robotics, then known as AuRora, won the Automotive cluster of the IQ Innovation Award Central Germany. Two awards in the Startup Competition – Digital Innovations followed in 2025.
