Virtual commissioning makes it possible to assess key robot-cell behavior before the physical equipment is fully available. We help bring the control system, robotics and simulation model together in a testable end-to-end sequence.

Testing in the digital model. Depending on the agreed scope, we examine robot motion, process sequences, signal exchange, interfaces and the interaction between the relevant control components.

Focused preparation for on-site commissioning. Findings and unresolved points are documented clearly, allowing the on-site team to concentrate on checks that can only be completed on the physical cell.

Public funding helped us turn research into robust industrial technology. In 2023, the team behind byte robotics, then known as AuRora, won the Automotive cluster of the IQ Innovation Award Central Germany. Two awards in the Startup Competition – Digital Innovations followed in 2025.
